Physical storage kits

• Unopened physical kits can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original, resalable packaging.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

AI planning credits

AI planning credits are a digital service. Once a planning run has been generated, the credit is consumed and cannot be returned, except where a run technically failed. See the refund policy for full detail.

How to start a return

Email support@glplumbsvc.shop with your order number and the items you want to return. We will send return instructions. Do not ship items back before contacting us.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
